Dave Malone is a poet and screenwriter from the Missouri Ozarks. He is the author of eight books of poetry, including his most recent, Bypass, from Aldrich Press. He can be found online at davemalone.net or on Instagram @dave.malone.

Dave Malone is a poet and screenwriter from the Missouri Ozarks. He holds a master’s degree from Indiana State University, where he was a Pfennig Scholar and worked with poet Matthew Brennan. 

A three-time Pushcart Prize nominee and Plainsongs Poem Award winner, he is the author of eight books of poetry, including his most recent, Bypass, from Aldrich Press. 

A multi-hyphenate creative, he co-wrote the short film, For Keeps, which was a semi-finalist for the 2022 Lake Travis Film Festival. He currently lives in West Plains, Missouri.
